Kenyan Member of Parliament in the East African parliament who is also a famous businessman Suleiman Shahbal has emphasized the need for change in the leadership of the national association of businessmen and industries KNCCI to enable all businessmen under the Umbrella to benefit fully.

Shahbal said this in a meeting of the members of the party in the coastal region where he officially announced his support for Dr. Erick Ruto along with fellow candidate Mustafa Ramadhan in the post of president and deputy president of the party respectively, in the election that is expected to be held on the eighth of next month.
At the same time, Shahbal used the opportunity to encourage those who will be elected in the race to highlight small businessmen while hinting that as the chairman of the trade and investment committee in the East African parliament, he will support all the party’s efforts in expanding its scope to regional business.
At the same time, Shahbal has pointed out that if the plan proposed by the Minister of Trade and Industry in the country, Moses Kuria, to charge businessmen 5 thousand shillings as a fee to join the association will be achieved, then appropriate strategies must be put in place to enable new businessmen who join the association to benefit fully.

On his part, the presidential candidate in the KNCCI party, doctor Erick Ruto, has promised to solve the challenges faced by businessmen in the country as well as create a friendly environment for businessmen to continue their activities without worry. At the same time, Ruto has promised to work closely with the county and national governments to involve more women entrepreneurs to enable them to develop more economically.
